What is an “Office Day”
- An office day is an intensive, 4-8hrdeep dive into your business designed to:
- Systematically eliminate bottlenecks in your company
- Identify “hidden pockets of profit” in your business.
- Pinpoint and trim the fat in your business so you can make more while doing less
- Get a flood of new business, as well as repeat business and referrals.
- Provide an action plan for all of the above so you leave with the exact steps you need to follow for the next 90 days.
Who is an Office Day for?
Office Days are for anybody who values a fresh perspective on any and all problems in their business.
We pride ourselves on not falling victim to “the man with a hammer syndrome”. Meaning we have not and never will offer cookie-cutter solutions to complex business problems.
That means you have to be willing to be transparent and sometimes vulnerable when coming in for an Office Day. Once we’re clear on what is actually going on inside of your business figuring out the steps that need to be taken and the sequence in which they should be executed is fairly straight forward.
In a nutshell, if you’re a business person who is open-minded, willing to share what needs to be shared, and will take what you leave the office with and execute….then an office day is for you.
